The Bachelor of Computer Science combines a solid core of computer science courses as well as an understanding and appreciation for arts, humanities, and social sciences, and their importance in today's society. This is a 4 year degree program which aims to enable students to apply scientific and engineering methodologies to the analysis of problems and the design, implementation and evaluation of computer based solutions. At the same instance it attempts to utilize the breadth and depth of theoretical computer science and mathematics to emerging technologies and the ever changing needs of industry as well as the cutting edge of computer science research. It is our mission to produce highly skilled computer science graduates by providing quality education and laboratory work in a state-of-the-art environment and through industry linkage that meets the needs of both local and global market, who can pursue their careers as computer scientists in industry, government and academia and who can support society by encouraging technology transfer.
